Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, in line with EU consumer protection law applicable in the Republic of Cyprus. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at sales@omega3zoneglobal.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
